VISA Information

Please check if you need a visa at the web page of Russian embassy in your country. Here is all the information you may need before you travel to Russia.

Option 1: Regular Visa to Russia

In case you need a visa invitation letter, please fill the  VISA_Application form provide a scanned copy of the first page (one with a picture) of your passport to e-mail: info@icepds.ru
IMPORTANT: Do not wait for the notification of acceptance! To get visa invitation letter promptly, please contact us not later than 1st of June 2020.

Option 2: e-Visa to Saint Petersburg

Starting from October 1, 2019, nationals of 53 foreign States may be granted an e-visa to enter the Russian Federation through air, naval, automobile, and pedestrian checkpoints located in the territory of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

Important notes from organizing committee about e-Visa:

  • An e-visa issued for a visit Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region and is not valid for visits to other regions of the Russian Federation.
  • E-visa can be used for entering and leaving the Russian Federation only at special checkpoints.
  • Please be very careful with your name spelling! Even one incorrect letter or digit in your passport details is a reason for denying entry into the Russian Federation and cancelling your visa at a checkpoint.
  • The allowed period of stay in the Russian Federation of up to 8 days under an e-visa does not imply that one can stay for the entire 192 hours (24 hours multiplied by 8). The day of entry and the day of exit are counted as two days.
